How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy with our products, so if you receive an item that you are unhappy with please email heather@dressmyparty or call +353 86 6062662 within 28 days of receipt requesting full refund of the goods value or exchange. We regret refunds cannot be given for opened/part packs unless the product is defective. Every care must be taken to ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition. Please note, however, that we are not liable for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective or have been sent in error.
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. We recommend that proof of despatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.
Can I amend my web order once it has been submitted? ?
You will need to immediately contact us either by telephone: 00 353 86 6062662, or alternatively by email:heather@dressmyparty.ie and we should be able to action your request, unless the order has already been dispatched.

An An Post tracking number will be given as part of your order confirmation. Your order can then be tracked via An Post's Track Item Page
